To save a copy of the video:

1. Press the Play button to start the video
2. Right-Click anywhere on the video
3. Click Save Video As...
4. Choose the save location and check that the file type is MP4

Due to operator error, the camera, microphone,  and recording were left running during the recess.  They were shut off as soon as the mistake was found.  Due to operator error, the camera, microphone, and recording were not turned back on after the recess .

The meeting concluded with the previous arguments from all parties being repeated and no consensus among the board members being reached.   The item was tabled and the meeting was adjourned with a meeting to be scheduled April 28th for further discussion.
